Rural Broadband
We are working with key UK villages to deliver rural broadband services
throughout Kent and the home counties. This will later be rolled out
to a national programme.
We work through parish councils or similar bodies to provide a fully
commercially viable solution that is not reliant on large capital
funding such as grants. The business model ensures that the villagers
own their own infrastructure and control their own service
ensuring that the users stay in control.
Mergers & Acquisitions
We are working with a leading data centre and hosting company to
achieve substantial growth through acquisition. We act as an
independent expert third party to aid finding suitable candidates
as well as leading the negotiations.
Turnover of the company is expected to double as a direct result of this programme.
Our expertise
We have a huge wealth and breadth of expertise in Internet connectivity
and hosting services with expertise in this field dating back to the
dawn of the commercial Internet in the late 80s early 90s.
We have developed hosting infrastructure throughout the UK as well as providing
advice to Internet Service Providers and content providers.
At one point our Internet solutions were responsible for 1% of all UK Internet traffic.
